Fulfillment Policy

This policy applies to custom digital design services fulfilled by Pines Design LLC.

A project is confirmed when Pines Design accepts the scope in writing and any required payment is completed. The accepted scope defines the services, deliverables, revision rounds, estimated timing, payment schedule, and delivery method.

Quote requests submitted through the website are inquiries only. They do not create a confirmed order until a scope is accepted and payment requirements are satisfied.

Pines Design fulfills work by creating custom digital design deliverables such as logo files, presentation templates, brand assets, layout files, graphics, and related source or export files described in the accepted scope.

Work is completed through discovery, concept development, refinement, approval, final payment, and electronic delivery. Fixed-price services follow the shorter path described on their service pages.

Deliverables are delivered electronically by email, secure download, shared link, or another agreed digital method. Pines Design does not ship physical goods unless a separate written scope expressly includes physical production or shipping.

Final source files and editable files are released after final approval and full payment. Export files are provided in the formats stated in the accepted scope. If a format is not listed, ask before approval so we can confirm whether it is included.

You are responsible for reviewing proofs and deliverables carefully before approval, including names, spelling, and legal or trademark questions you care about. Approval confirms that the deliverables are accepted for release, subject to any remaining payment requirements.

Corrections requested after approval may be treated as a new request or quoted separately unless the accepted scope says otherwise.

Estimated timelines depend on timely feedback, content, approvals, and payment. Delays in any of those items may move the fulfillment timeline.

If Pines Design anticipates a material delay within its control, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide updated timing.

You are responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files. We may reasonably resend a recent delivery if a link expires or a message is lost, for a limited time after the original delivery.

We are not obligated to archive client files indefinitely. Additional reconstruction, new formats, or recovery of older archives may require a new quote.

After delivery, Pines Design can answer reasonable questions about the delivered files and usage notes. Additional file preparation, new formats, new layouts, or new design work may require a new quote.
