Fixed price in U.S. dollars. The written quote you approve matches this amount exactly — nothing is added after approval without a new written quote you accept first.

You send the deck you're working with. We tighten typography, spacing, and layout on up to 10 slides, and hand back an export-ready PDF that presents cleanly in the room.

Before you request
Prerequisites & exclusions.
- You supply the existing deck — the pass covers up to 10 slides. A new deck built from scratch is custom-quoted Presentation Graphics work.
- The pass covers typography and layout cleanup plus an export-ready PDF. Writing or restructuring the content itself is scoped separately.
- Taxes and third-party costs (for example stock imagery or font licenses) are not included unless the written scope says so.
Availability & fulfillment
Electronic delivery, after your approval.
- Fixed-price work is scheduled around existing projects. Once you approve the scope and quote, the work gets a spot on the calendar, and timing is confirmed in writing.
- Everything is delivered electronically — by email, secure download, or shared link. Nothing physical ships unless a separate written scope says so.
- There is an approval step before final files go out: you review and approve, then final payment releases the source files. They are yours to keep.
